The Crucible is the second-largest industrial arts school in the U.S., offering hands-on career training and exposure into welding, blacksmithing, ceramics, and more.
At The Crucible, I directed programs that accounted for 60% of organizational revenue, managed a team of over 100 creative leads, and launched innovative initiatives like “Open for Business,” an incubator program for BIPOC entrepreneurs.
Results included:
Managed a portfolio of year long programs and events attended by over 2,000 participants annually.
Secured a 100% renewal rate for org’s first municipal workforce contract.
Launched innovative programs like 'Open for Business,' an incubator program for BIPOC makers and entrepreneurs’ with a team of 18 administrators and 100 creative leads.

As Director of Programs & Operations for Inneract Project, my role included strategic oversight, building relationships with the corporate sector, and ensuring that IP’s offerings connected professionals of color to creative career pathways.
Results included:
Established the first earned revenue stream and first corporate partnership model, scaling partnerships by 400% in year 1 and collaborating with industry leaders like Adobe, Google, and Meta to create relevant curricula.
Launched and directed a portfolio of programs, events and online initiatives, dedicated to design education and advocacy with a team of creatives, reaching 200+ emerging professionals and youth annually and achieving a 90% year-to-year participant retention rate.

In my consultancy, I specialize in launching and managing operational projects for purpose-driven organizations and entrepreneurs.
One of my proudest collaborations has been with UMBER, a media platform dedicated to amplifying creative perspectives that matter, particularly those of Black people and people of color.
Results included:
Led operations for UMBER’s capital campaign, successfully hiring key staff and executing brand activation events.
Supported the launch of two publications in its inaugural year.

Embodiment Project (EP) is a Bay Area-based street dance theater company that blends hip-hop, documentary theater, live song, and choreo-poetry to illuminate silenced narratives.
I partnered with EP to build sustainable operational systems for their teaching and performing artists, focusing on equitable practices and funding opportunities. Results included:
Achieved a 100% acceptance rate for critical submissions through a custom deliverables tracker.
Led the recruitment and onboarding of a key executive hire.
Introduced project-based budget tracking & delivered stakeholder reporting on donor showcases and community program.

Girls Who Code aims to close the gender gap in technology by equipping young women with coding skills and leadership opportunities.
My collaboration with Girls Who Code focused on designing engaging programs and operations to address its rapid scaling goals.
Results included:
Designed and built its first national risk escalation program to support diverse student needs, serving 1,100+ students across 11 cities with 40+ corporate sponsors.
Partnered with Amazon, Microsoft, and Adobe to deliver employee -driven diversity and inclusion programming.

ICMA is a professional organization advancing local government leadership worldwide.
I managed ICMA’s CityLinks program, a federally funded initiative fostering partnerships between cities to tackle climate adaptation and urban development. My work included directing a $5M portfolio, supporting projects like the Shimla-Boulder Climate Change Partnership, and promoting the Southeast Florida Climate Compact Model to address pressing global challenges.
Results included:
Fostered partnerships with 10+ municipalities around the world, achieving program milestones and funder objectives.
Recruited and managed technical staff, ensuring compliance with international guidelines.
Organized international workshops and facilitated knowledge sharing, managing logistics for global participants.
