I spearhead the full program lifecycle from design to execution, managing all activities, the people, and timelines to achieve targeted outcomes.
I managed a 6-location tech education program for 100+ participants and 6 corporate partners , coordinating technical leads, student recruitment, and logistics while maintaining executive relations, budget, and outcome evaluation.
I guide, motivate, and coordinate teams to accomplish goals and team cohesion.
An example? In a resource-strapped design organization, I recruited and managed a diverse team of personnel from volunteers, contractors, to employees, leading cross-functional programs and mentoring staff professionally.

An example? I developed and executed on a 2-month operational work-plan for a newly funded creative org that covered critical hiring and compliance tasks, achieving a 3-year retention rate of new hires.
